How we handle information collected on jenfitch.com.
This privacy policy explains what information Jenfitch, Inc. collects on jenfitch.com and how it is used. Contact form submissions, name, email, company, phone, industry, and message details, are delivered by a third-party form service and used to answer inquiries. Google Analytics cookies record aggregated usage. Jenfitch does not sell personal information.
Effective date: July 2026
Jenfitch, Inc. ("Jenfitch," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit jenfitch.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
What information do we collect?
Information you provide. When you submit our contact or inquiry form, we collect the information you choose to give us — typically your name, email address, company or organization, phone number, industry, and the details of your message. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry, provide quotes, safety data sheets, and technical information, and follow up about our products and services.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the Site. We use Google Analytics, which may collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited, time on site, and referring website. This data is aggregated and used to improve the Site and our content. Google Analytics sets its own cookies; you can learn more at Google's Privacy Policy.
How does the contact form work?
Our inquiry form is processed by a third-party form service (Formspree), which delivers your submission to us by email. Your submission is transmitted to that service to reach our inbox. We do not sell this information.
How do we use your information?
- To respond to inquiries and provide requested information, quotes, documentation, and support.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services.
- To communicate with you about your inquiry or, where appropriate, about our products.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
How do we share information?
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Google Signals and ad personalisation are disabled on our analytics property. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Site, and only as needed to provide those services, or where required by law.
Third-party services on this site
- Google Analytics 4 — measures how the Site is used. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalisation are set to denied before any measurement occurs.
- Formspree — delivers inquiry-form submissions to us by email.
- Google Translate — optional page translation. If you choose a language other than English, the text of the page you are viewing is sent to Google for translation, and a
googtranscookie records your choice. The translation script is not loaded unless you use this feature. - Google Maps — the office location map on our contact page. Google receives your IP address when the map loads.
- Google Fonts — typefaces used across the Site.
Cookies and your choices
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Disabling cookies may affect how some parts of the Site function.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. There is no industry-agreed standard for how sites should respond to a browser “Do Not Track” header, and this Site does not respond to it. This Site does honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser or extension sends GPC, analytics storage is disabled for your visit.
What are your rights?
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — including the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, no “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism is required. If that ever changes, this policy will be updated first.
Data retention & security
We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your request, or as required by law. We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International visitors
Jenfitch is based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.
How does this policy change?
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
